President and CEO

SavorHood Property Investments

A serial entrepreneur, Steve has owned many retail businesses, built and operated car washes, owned janitorial services, commercial real estate and partnered in a Dairy Queen/Orange Julius.  Steve and his wife Judy are the founders of Tilford’s Wood Fired Pizza with locations in Denver, CO and Austin, TX.  Steve is also the owner and founder of Lakewood Commissary in Lakewood, CO providing commissary service to over 35 food truck and catering companies.

Jesse Rotz

Brand Development

Jesse graduated from West Chester University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing after which he attended the Siebel Institute of Brewing Technology and went on to Co-found Roy-Pitz Brewing Co.,Inc. Jesse Currently sits on the Board Of Directors for Roy-Pitz Brewing Co.,Inc. and serves as President and Co-CEO. Jesse resides in Chambersburg, PA with his wife Jordan and two kids Beckett and Finley.

Peter De Maria

Architect/Design

Peter is a renowned architect specializing in creative uses for shipping containers. DeMaria Design will conduct site studies, work with municipalities to obtain permits and oversee architectural design and coordinate buildout by fabricators.  Peter has an impressive list of publications. He lectures nationally and internationally as an expert on architectural design with shipping containers, and has been widely interviewed.  He is an adjunct professor of architecture.  Peter lives in Austin, TX and has offices in Austin and Los Angeles, CA.

Jackie Martin

Marketing

Jackie Martin is the founder and owner of JMCO, a marketing consulting firm.  JMCO has been developing marketing programs and campaigns for over 25 years. 

She understands the synergy between a successful community and successful businesses within those communities. Her perspective on the role of business in communities is due to her involvement in various business associations as well as community associations.  Jackie is a member of Chambers of Commerce in both Southern California and East Tennessee as well as national groups including RPA and PPAI.  She is also a Rotarian and serves on the board of two non-profit foundations.
